Our order cut-off time for Standard 3 Working Day Delivery is 2pm. Any order placed after this time will be treated, for delivery purposes, as having been placed the next working day.
A working day is Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Hence, any order placed after the cut-off times on Friday will not be processed until Monday (If Monday is a bank holiday then this will be on Tuesday).
We use Royal Mail as couriers to deliver your order to ensure a high service level. In exceptional circumstances we may have to use a different courier if your Parcel is bulky or over 2Kg.
Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If it is not possible to get a signature, the courier may leave it with a neighbour and get them to sign for the delivery. If the courier has to leave the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
When a signature has been given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Returning your withaid.com order is easy. We are happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of delivery provided the items are new and unused, with all labels, tags and hygiene seals intact and in their original packaging.
