Where is my parcel?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Don’t worry — this can happen occasionally. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel:
- Check safe places and neighbours.
- Allow up to 24 hours.
- Contact us with your order number.
Missing order confirmation
Check spam/junk folders and ensure your email was entered correctly at checkout. You can also check your account order history. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help.
