We ship most orders using Royal Mail 48 and 24 services. If we are unable to ship using Royal Mail due to any postal restrictions then a tracking link will be provided for any third party courier.

Royal Mail 24
- Free with orders over £30
- £3.99 with orders under £30
We aim to process all orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Any order placed after this time will be treated, for delivery purposes, as having been placed the next working day.
A working day is Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Hence, any order placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday (If Monday is a bank holiday then this will be on Tuesday).
Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If it is not possible to get a signature, the courier may leave it with a neighbour and get them to sign for the delivery. If your order is left with a neighbour or at your local post office, the courier will leave a card detailing how and where your order can be collected. When a signature has been given by someone other than you on your behalf or the order left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
Delivery Time Frames
- Royal Mail 48 - aim to deliver in 2-3 working days
- Royal Mail 24 - aim to deliver in 1-2 working day
Please note that 48 and 24 services provided are an indication of Royal Mail delivery time scales and not a guarantee. Typically, the majority of orders will reach their destination well with in these time frames.
