Description
These capsules are usually taken to prevent and treat constipation that has lasted for a long time
- Dioctyl is not suitable for children under 12 years of age
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine
DO NOT USE
- if you are allergic to docusate sodium or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed insection 6)
- if you are suffering from stomach pains
- if you are feeling sick, or have been sick in the last 24 hours
- if you have a blocked bowel (intestinal obstruction)
- if you have been told you are unable to take a sugar called fructose. Dioctyl contains sorbitol and is therefore unsuitable for you
